Payment method using Tappy

It is simple and does not require many steps, all you have to do is the following:

Enter the Diamond Corner website to search for the products you want, and then add them to the shopping bag.

After completion, go to the bag to view the products and complete the payment process.

Choose the installment option with TABI, where you have to pay only 25% of the purchase value as a down payment, and then complete the payment of the rest of the amount to TABI in monthly installments without any additional fees.

TABI will make the payment on your behalf after receiving the order.

During the payment periods you will get a notification from TABI to notify you that the payment date is approaching.

Collecting monthly installments on Tappy

Any shopper can get the Tappy service as long as he is over 18 years old, as this service provides him with a balance starting from 10 riyals and up to 2000 riyals, but it only provides you with the required amount based on the type of products and stores you shop through in addition to your habits of paying Tappy installments.

All you have to do is pay a quarter of the order value as a down payment, and then divide the remaining amount into three payments to be paid through the Tappy application and not to the store using any credit or bank card.

If the installment is not paid on time, the following will happen:

If you are late for 15 days, a fee of 15 riyals will be charged.

If you are late for an additional two weeks, an additional fee of 30 SAR will be charged.

If you are late for another 4 weeks, you will incur a fee of 60 riyals.

In any case, you will not be able to make any purchase again until you have paid the amount due from your monthly installments.

TABI Replacement and Return Policy

In the event that you wish to cancel your order before shipment, i.e. before you receive a shipment confirmation message, you can return to the Diamond Corner store and Tappy will be contacted to return the amount you paid and cancel the order.

In the case of a return after shipment, the request will be dealt with after the product is returned to the company’s headquarters to ensure its safety, and then the store will communicate with the TABI service to clarify the return request until you get the money that you paid to your card again within two working days, and sometimes that takes Process up to 14 days depending on the policy of the bank from which you use your card.

TABI works to return the amount you paid to your card, whether it is the amount of the down payment only or the entire value of the order or any of its installments paid.

It is worth noting that in the event of a return or exchange, the customer will not recover the shipping and delivery fees that he paid, and he must bear the return fees and obtain the new product in the case of replacement.
