We appreciate your trust in "Diamond Corner Store for Tools and Equipment"

To benefit from warranty services, please bring the original purchase invoice to match the serial number of the product or spare parts. The serial number must be on the product to ensure the validity of the warranty period.

The warranty covers only the equipment, products and spare parts sold by “Rukn Al-Masiya Hardware and Equipment Store” and its authorized distributors and agents, and does not cover products and equipment imported from other companies.

The warranty does not cover consumable parts (ignition switches, wires, pulleys, iron rings, carbon and brake pads, filters, oils, greases) and other consumable products.

The warranty does not cover electrical spare parts and accessories sold in “Diamond Corner Hardware & Equipment Store”.

The warranty period may range from 3 months to 2 years. The warranty period for electrical appliances varies depending on the nature of their work and the number of expected operating hours during the specified period (the terms and conditions of the warranty apply in the event of a manufacturing defect).

The product that meets the terms and conditions of the warranty will be repaired free of charge at the maintenance center affiliated with “Rukn Al-Masiya Store for Tools and Equipment”

Or approved by it, and the technical report issued by the maintenance center at “Rukn Al-Masiya Store for Tools and Equipment” is considered the approved one to judge the warranty status of the product or spare part, and in the event of an objection, the customer can request an examination of the product or spare part by a third party and pay the examination value at “Rukn Al-Masiya Store for Tools and Equipment” only if the error is proven by the department of “Rukn Al-Masiya Store for Tools and Equipment”

Extending the warranty period by an amount equivalent to the delay in providing the spare part or starting maintenance work or the period of repairing the defect that occurred in the product during the warranty period. The maintenance period shall take a maximum of (15) days for the defects covered by the warranty.

For example: If the maintenance takes 25 days, the warranty will be extended by another 10 days.

The customer must adhere to the periodic maintenance of the product or spare part according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The customer must read the user manual and adhere to the instructions contained therein.

Misuse of the product or spare parts, failure to comply with the usage instructions in the product manual or the instructions referred to on the Internet and digital pages when activating or operating the product, or failure to use it for the work for which it was designed, excludes it from warranty and maintenance.

Repair attempts or maintenance operations by parties not authorized by the agent or supplier, or the use of spare parts or accessories (accessories) that are not original or not authorized by the product manufacturer or do not conform to Saudi quality specifications, which threaten the life or work of the user, exclude the product from the warranty.

The warranty is not valid and void when the reason is failure or circumstances beyond our control.

For example, but not limited to:

• Acts of nature.
• Fires, floods, bad weather or other human casualties and material damages
• Poor storage
• If the power cord is cut, the warranty will be void.
• Product failure due to misuse
• Failure to maintain or improperly maintain the products, including but not limited to: using chemical cleaning materials that are not compatible with

Round trip shipping fee is charged to the buyer.

· The warranty is non-transferable and covers and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
