Shipping and handling fees are not refundable after a completed message has been received.

•• How can I get my money back, if I receive an item that is not in the right shape or is damaged?

When you receive the item in a damaged condition or not similar to what was chosen from the site (the item must be photographed and the photo sent in no more than 24 hours on WhatsApp, see the contact numbers in the department of our branches and methods of communication).

•• After confirming that the item is damaged, you can return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt, within a period of 3 days from the date of receipt.
